Now this is January. - Photo Shoot

I spent way too much time complaining about the cold weather until I realized this is the perfect opportunity to wear my new Rebecca Taylor coat.  

If you don't remember, I attended the Rebecca Taylor fashion show at St. Louis Fashion Week a few months ago (see the post here), and she dressed me in this fabulous coat from her new line.  Until recently, it was too warm to think about wearing a wool and fur trench coat, so this was the first chance I had to break it out.

Ask Mr. A -- I said everything from, "Don't you love this coat??" to "I feel like a damn PIMP in this thing" about a million times throughout the shoot.

Mr. A gets some maaayyjah props for this photo shoot simply because he was sick when we ventured into the frigid cold.  He knows how important these shoots are to me, though, so he braved the weather.

The snow may not look like much right now, but it caused some massive problems on Thursday and Friday, including (but not limited to) my car skidding into a concrete barrier.  I wasn't even singing and dancing to music when it happened.  I was actually focused on driving. (Shocker!) Both me and the car are okay, though.

I may have gone a little nuts with the editing on the next picture.  But I like it.  So suck it.

Of course, you get a shot of me laughing like a goofball as I was watching two dogs playing in the snow.  What can I say?  Puppies get me smiling every time.
