Black Friday Hangover - Photo Shoot

If you followed me on Twitter during the #BlackFriday (hashtag habit) madness, you know that I had a successful, busy, exhausting Black Friday.  I was awake for 40 hours, and I shopped for probably 20 of those hours.
This post is not about Black Friday, however.  That will come on Wednesday. (Hopefully). 

We do our photo shoots on Saturday.  It rained on Saturday.  We had to improvise. 
Our goal for the shoot was to find some kind of awning/covering that would allow Mr. A and, more importantly, the camera to be protected from the rain while I more than likely would get drenched standing outside.
Luckily, the rain was more misty and drippy than downpoury when we found a good location, so the drenching was minimal.  


You can tell how iffy the weather was by the sky.



Oh, P.S. None of those cars behind me are mine.  They are way too nice to belong to me.
Adam Sandler wrote his song "Piece of Shit Car" about my ride. 


The light in these two pictures was an unplanned, beautiful occurrence.  I would have been happy doing the whole shoot right here.


People were watching us through the store windows as they wondered what the hell we were doing.  I'm sure this was for two reasons - 1) because we always get stares when we photo shoot in public places; and 2) because it was raining, and here we are taking pictures like crazy asses.


During the end of the shoot, it started raining again.  See the water spot on my top?  Yeahhhh ...


I hope that everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving (and Black Friday!).

  155. Your makeup is gorgeous in all those photos. I love the mascara and eyeliner. The photos came out great despite the adverse conditions.

    As for my Black Friday I did so much lusting after beautiful lingerie that my eyes went funny on Black Friday, but aside from Tweeting about how much I missed my favourite TV show Nikita being on (it comes on again for the mid-season finale Friday Dec. 2nd on the CW) and starting to work on another blog post about the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show I did little else.
