Michael Kors -- Spring 2011

2011.  Whoa.  That's awkward to type.

Michael Kors looks are up on the Saks Fifth Avenue website.

First, I love this look.  It's ethereal and cool -- very spring-y.
Second, show me a normal, everyday, working gal who can pull this look off.
Third, award said gal with the ultimate fashionista medal because I don't think it can be done.

This look is much more attainable.

Look carefully, and you will notice that a grey cropped sweater is layered over a long, white button-down shirt.  Please, do not wear this look in public.  I will point and laugh.

If I was a free spirit, I would wear this.  But I'm not.  I still like it, though.

This is cute.  I would wear this.

Annnndd I'm in love with this.  But this should surprise no one.  It's short, black and simple.  I love it automatically.

Note to those who are in love with the concept from the first white picture but don't think they can pull it off (like me) -- this is in pink and looks much more normal.

  8. I see a lot of longer hemlines and flowy fabrics. The latter I can deal with, but I'm thinking the former will cut my legs off. Hmm.
